The Second Key to Lasting Prosperity:
"Observe the Game"
Dear Wealth Creator,
For instance, if your passion is movies, then it would follow that, in order to use your passion for creating wealth, you need to be as informed as possible about films, film-making, directors, actors, CGI, whatever.
You would subscribe to film related magazines and enjoy watching 'the making of' sections on DVDs. You would try to glean information from every source - to become some kind of expert.
Knowledge and expertise are valuable commodities in our world. And, the fact is, you only need to know slightly more than your average individual to be considered an 'expert'.
Contrary to dull, gray-eyed thinking, you don't need to go get hundreds of degrees to be an expert.
Indeed, many people use 'education' as a means of putting off getting into the real world. And I don't mean students by this. I mean people who say they want to make a serious change in their life and then spend years, decades sometimes, researching the possibilities and waiting until the time seems right and opportune.
In most cases, the time will never be right or perfect. You just have to go for it - follow your heart, observe the game, commit to learning all there is to know of your chosen passion but don't delay taking part.
The fastest way to learn about your passion is to get started. Observe the game from within - and see where it leads you.
Tomorrow we look at how to organize your life to take advantage of your passion.
